Meet the founder
Martin Tanner, Founder and CEO
Martin spent nearly 20 years across solutions, bids, sales and data in the recruitment, HR services and employability sectors before founding Affirmable in 2024. He has led bid teams that won contracts worth hundreds of millions of pounds, built a solutions function from scratch and owned an organisation-wide data strategy.
He's also been writing code since he sent his first BASIC programs off to publishers from a ZX Spectrum, aged eight. Affirmable brings both halves together.
