His expertise is based on real-life experience within two major global recruitment companies where he has held roles including Solutions Director, Data Director, Bid Director and Business Development Director. This experience gives him unparalleled exposure to a range of systems and platforms across every process step.

Martin holds personal relationships with many vendors and will be able to facilitate introductions where appropriate. However, his approach will always be bias-free and based on a commitment to identify the optimum technology stack to meet the needs of your organisation.
